Airport Pickup Policy

Your driver waits at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. When you book, we confirm the pickup point with you so you know exactly where to go when you come through arrivals.

If you cannot find your driver, call or WhatsApp us on +421 948 303 004 and we will connect you straight away.

For airport pickups, share your flight number when you book. It tells us which flight you are arriving on and helps us plan the pickup around your arrival.

Tell us as early as you can by phone or WhatsApp so we can adjust the pickup. Our written flight-delay and waiting-time terms are being finalised and will be published on this page; until then, contact us and we will confirm what applies to your booking.

A formal Meet & Greet service, where your driver waits for you inside the arrivals hall, is a feature we plan to offer. It is not currently included in our transfers and we do not advertise it as included — if it is important to you, ask us and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange for your date.
