Luggage Policy
What luggage we can carry, and what to tell us before you book.
Standard luggage is included
Standard luggage transportation is included in every transfer, at no extra charge.
Vehicle capacity
Private Car is suitable for up to 3 passengers with standard luggage.
Private Van is suitable for up to 8 passengers depending on the amount of luggage.
Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are linked. A full van of eight passengers leaves less room for luggage than the same van carrying four.
Oversized or unusual luggage
If you are travelling with oversized or unusually large luggage — for example a golf bag, skis, a snowboard, a wheelchair, a pram, or a very large number of suitcases — please tell us before booking.
We will confirm whether a Private Van or Business Van is the right choice for you, so that everything travels safely and comfortably in one vehicle.
In the vehicle
Luggage travels in the luggage compartment or the passenger area as the vehicle allows, and is loaded and unloaded with care.
Please keep valuables, travel documents and medication with you rather than in checked luggage.
