A transfer is booked when you submit a booking request and we confirm the route, date, pickup time and vehicle category with you.

The details shown on your booking confirmation — route, pickup location, destination, date, pickup time, passenger count and vehicle category — form part of the agreement between us.

Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us immediately if anything is incorrect.

All transfer prices are fixed and quoted per vehicle, not per passenger. The price you are quoted is the price for the whole vehicle, for the route and vehicle category confirmed.

Unless stated otherwise, the price includes the private vehicle, a professional driver, door-to-door service, fuel, standard motorway fees, air-conditioning, standard luggage transportation, still or sparkling water, a light refreshment, and no shared passengers.

Additional costs may arise only where you request something outside the confirmed transfer — for example an additional stop, a significant change to the route, or a change of vehicle category. Any such cost is agreed with you before it is incurred.

Private Car carries up to 3 passengers. Private Van carries up to 8 passengers depending on luggage. Business Van carries up to 7 passengers.

Passenger limits are set for the safety and comfort of everyone travelling. If your group exceeds the vehicle capacity confirmed, please tell us before the transfer so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.

Standard luggage transportation is included. Customers travelling with oversized or unusually large luggage should provide details before booking so we can allocate the right vehicle.

Where online payment is offered, it is processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We never store card details on this website.

All passengers must wear a seatbelt where one is fitted, as required by law in the countries we operate in.

Smoking, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances, are not permitted in any vehicle.

We may refuse carriage, or end a transfer, where a passenger's behaviour is unlawful, unsafe or seriously disruptive to the driver or other passengers.

We take our obligations to you seriously and provide our services with reasonable skill and care.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, road closures, extreme weather, or industrial action.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
