Waiting Time Policy

Rather than publish a figure we cannot yet guarantee, we are finalising our written waiting-time and flight-delay terms. They will be published on this page.

Until then, the terms that apply to your transfer are the ones we confirm to you directly. Ask us before you book and we will put them in writing for your booking.

For airport transfers, give us your flight number when you book. We use it to follow your arrival and plan the pickup around your actual landing time.

If your flight is delayed, tell us as early as you can by phone or WhatsApp, and we will adjust the pickup accordingly.

At a hotel or private address, your driver waits at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. If you think you will be late, let us know as soon as possible so we can plan around it.
